Forrest Inspired Yoga
Forrest Yoga, as developed by Ana Forrest, is about “Embodying Spirit” and working free from whatever dims or degrades your energy. It incorporates healing, deep self-awareness and yoga (a physical, mental and spiritual practice). It will teach you how to heal and balance the emotional body and begin to discern between the voices of conditioning and the voice of your spirit.
These classes will combine Hatha yoga with Forrest Yoga. Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga which incorporates breath, body and mind with physical postures or asanas.
Every class will be slightly differently though yet the same by using breath, and awareness of mind and body.
Please bring two blocks and a strap to class. Please refrain from eating a minimum of one hour before class.
