In-Person Healing Sessions Currently Offered at the Inner Awakenings:

1.    QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique).

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a method of hypnosis developed by Dolores Cannon. It is a form of past life regression therapy that aims to access the individual's higher self or "subconscious mind" to gain insight into the individual's current physical and emotional issues and to discover the root causes of these issues. This can include past lives, current life issues and possible future events.

QHHT is done in one long session, typically lasting 4-5 hours, during which the individual is guided into a deep hypnotic state where they can access their higher self and communicate with it directly. The therapist acts as a facilitator, guiding the individual through the process, and interpreting the information received.

Proponents of QHHT claim that it can help individuals access deep levels of healing, understanding, and insight, and can help individuals overcome a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. However, it is important to note that QHHT is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care and is not considered a scientifically validated therapy by the mainstream medical community.

2.    Intuitive Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the channeling of universal life force energy to promote healing, balance, and relaxation in the body. The word "Reiki" is composed of two Japanese words: "rei," which means "universal," and "ki," which means "life force energy."

Intuitive Reiki is a form of Reiki that combines the principles of traditional Reiki with the use of intuition and other healing modalities. It involves the use of intuitive guidance to help guide the flow of Reiki energy to where it is needed most in the recipient's body.

In an Intuitive Reiki session, the practitioner may use a variety of techniques to help connect with the client's energy field and intuition, such as meditation, visualization, and energy sensing. They may also use other healing modalities, such as crystals or sound healing, to help support the flow of energy and promote relaxation and balance in the body.

Intuitive Reiki can be a powerful tool for supporting overall health and well-being, as it allows the practitioner to tailor the session to the individual needs of the client. By using intuition to guide the flow of energy, the practitioner can help to address specific issues or areas of concern in the client's body, and can provide a more personalized and holistic approach to healing.

It's important to note that Intuitive Reiki should be used as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments, and should not be used as a replacement for medical care. A trained Intuitive Reiki practitioner can provide safe and effective sessions that are tailored to the individual needs of the client, and can help to support their overall health and well-being.

3.    Past Life Regression

A past life regression session is a type of therapy that aims to explore a person's past lives or reincarnations. During the session, the client is typically guided through a relaxation process, which helps to induce a trance-like state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness.

Once the client is in this relaxed state, the therapist may use various techniques to help them access memories of past lives. This could involve asking the client to describe the first image or feeling that comes to mind, or using visualization techniques to help them explore different scenarios.

Throughout the session, the therapist will help the client to stay grounded and focused on the experience. They may also ask questions to help the client gain insights into their past lives and how they relate to their current life.

At the end of the session, the therapist will typically guide the client back to their present life and help them process any emotions or insights that emerged during the regression. It's important to note that while past life regression can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, it is not based on scientific evidence and should be approached with an open mind and a healthy dose of skepticism.

4.    Animal Reiki

Animal Reiki is a form of energy healing that is specifically designed for animals. It is based on the principles of the Japanese healing technique known as Reiki, which involves the channeling of universal life force energy to promote healing and balance in the body.

In Animal Reiki, the practitioner works with the animal's energy field to help promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and support the animal's overall well-being. The practitioner uses gentle touch, visualization techniques, and other methods to help direct the flow of energy and encourage the animal's body to heal itself.

Animal Reiki can be used to support a variety of physical, emotional, and behavioral issues in animals, including anxiety, pain, illness, and trauma. It is often used in conjunction with other veterinary treatments to help support the animal's healing process.

It's important to note that Animal Reiki is not a replacement for veterinary care, and should be used as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments. Animal Reiki practitioner can work with both the animal and their human caregivers to help support the animal's overall health and well-being.

Generally, a session can last from 30 to 60 minutes, but some sessions may be shorter or longer depending on the animal's needs and comfort level.

It's important to note that the length of the session does not necessarily correlate with the effectiveness of the treatment. The cost for an Animal Reiki session can vary depending on the type, the length of the session, and location. Typically, a single session can cost anywhere from $50 to $150.

Online and Distance Healing Sessions:

1.    BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis)

Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis (BQH) is a form of hypnotherapy that aims to help individuals access their own inner wisdom and higher consciousness for self-discovery, healing, and transformation. BQH was developed by Candace Craw-Goldman, who was trained in Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and expanded upon its principles to create a more flexible and adaptable approach to hypnotherapy.

BQH sessions typically involve inducing a deep state of relaxation and guided meditation, allowing the individual to access their subconscious mind and connect with their higher self or spiritual guides. Through this process, individuals may gain insights and understanding about themselves, their life path, and any physical, emotional, or spiritual issues they may be experiencing. BQH sessions can be conducted both in-person or remotely, and can be customized to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.

The difference between QHHT and BQH.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) are similar in many ways. Both techniques use hypnosis to access the individual's higher self or "subconscious mind" to gain insight into the individual's current physical and emotional issues and to discover the root causes of these issues.

However, there are some key differences between the two techniques. QHHT is a one-session therapy that typically lasts 4-5 hours, while BQH is typically done in a series of sessions. QHHT is focused on past life regression and deep healing, whereas BQH is more focused on accessing the individual's soul or higher self to gain a deeper understanding of the individual's current life issues. Additionally, BQH is more geared towards people who are already familiar with hypnosis, while QHHT is more accessible to people who are new to hypnosis.

It's important to note that both QHHT and BQH are not scientifically validated therapies and not substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

2.    Distance Reiki Healing

Distance Reiki healing is a form of energy healing that can be performed remotely, without the need for the practitioner and recipient to be in the same physical location. During a Distance Reiki healing session, the practitioner channels universal life force energy and directs it towards the recipient, wherever they may be in the world.

The session begins with the practitioner and recipient establishing a connection through intention and visualization, with the practitioner focusing their energy on the recipient's energy field. The practitioner may use various techniques, such as visualization or meditation, to help them connect with the recipient's energy and facilitate the flow of healing energy.

The recipient may choose to lie down or sit comfortably during the session, and may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or relaxation as the energy flows through their body. The practitioner may focus their attention on specific areas of the body or on overall relaxation and balance, depending on the recipient's needs and preferences.

Distance Reiki healing can be just as effective as in-person Reiki, and can be a convenient option for those who are unable to visit a practitioner in person. It can be used to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and can be beneficial for a variety of issues, including stress, anxiety, pain, and illness.

It's important to note that Distance Reiki healing should not be used as a replacement for medical treatment, but rather as a complementary therapy to support the body's natural healing process.

3.    Distance Animal Reiki

Animal Reiki is a technique that involves channeling positive energy to an animal in need of healing or support. Distance Animal Reiki sessions are conducted remotely, meaning that the practitioner and animal are not physically in the same location.

During a distance Animal Reiki session, the practitioner will typically begin by setting an intention to send healing energy to the animal. They will then enter a meditative state and use visualization and breathing techniques to connect with the animal's energy field.

The practitioner may use hand positions or symbols to facilitate the flow of energy to the animal. They may also use tools such as crystals or essential oils to enhance the healing process.

Throughout the session, the practitioner will maintain a connection with the animal's energy and focus on sending positive, healing energy to the animal. The animal may feel a sense of relaxation, calmness, and peace during the session.

After the session is complete, the practitioner will typically disconnect from the animal's energy and take time to ground themselves. They may also provide feedback to the animal's owner or caregiver regarding any insights or experiences that arose during the session.

It's important to note that Animal Reiki is not a substitute for veterinary care, but rather a complementary therapy that can support an animal's overall well-being.

4.    Quantum Healing Session

Quantum Healing is a holistic healing approach that combines principles of quantum physics, energy medicine, and spirituality to promote healing and well-being. It is based on the idea that everything in the universe, including the human body, is made up of energy and that this energy can be influenced by thoughts, emotions, and intention.

In Quantum Healing, the practitioner works with the client’s innate hologram remotely to help them identify and release energetic blockages and negative patterns that may be affecting their physical, emotional, or spiritual health. This is done through various quantum techniques, as well as guided visualization, energy work, and intuitive guidance, to help the client’s body to facilitate  innate healing abilities.

Quantum Healing also involves a shift in perspective, from seeing the body as a collection of separate parts to viewing it as a dynamic, interconnected system. After the session the client might be asked to make some life changes to promote a sense of wholeness and integration.

Quantum Healing can be used to support a wide range of issues, including chronic pain, emotional trauma, stress, and illness. It is often used as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments, and can help to support the body's natural healing process.

It's important to note that Quantum Healing should not be used as a replacement for medical treatment, but rather as a supportive and complementary therapy. A trained Quantum Healing practitioner can provide safe and effective sessions that are tailored to the individual needs of the client, and can help to support their overall health and well-being.

5.    Life Coaching

Life coaching is a process of helping individuals clarify their goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies for achieving personal and professional success. Katerina is a certified professional who works with clients to help them create a clear vision of what they want to achieve, identify their values and strengths, and develop action plans to achieve their goals.

Life coaching can be helpful in a variety of areas, including career development, personal growth, relationships, health and wellness, and finances. A life coach may use various techniques and tools, such as assessments, exercises, and goal-setting worksheets, to help clients gain clarity and focus on their goals.

The coaching process typically involves regular sessions between the coach and client, either in person, over the phone, or online. During these sessions, the coach may ask questions, offer feedback, and provide support and guidance as the client works towards their goals.

Life coaching is different from therapy or counseling, which typically focus on healing emotional or psychological issues. Instead, life coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented, focused on helping clients identify and achieve their desired outcomes. It is a collaborative process that empowers clients to take action and make positive changes in their lives.

It's important to note that life coaching is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment, but can be a helpful complement to these services. In many cases it is recommended to see a therapist before you make a commitment for a life coaching.
