Grab your mat, pillow and a blanket or a chair and join us for a unique and powerful healing experience! You’ll experience sound healing with crystal bowls and drumming. Then we’ll balance our five elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth which map to the energy systems of our body with Polarity Balancing; finishing with a very high vibration channeled energetic healing.

 

Crystal singing bowls create an environment of deep physical and mental relaxation, sensations of floating and well-being. The experience can unblock and dissolve energetic and physical obstructions in the physical and energy body and is a therapeutic tool for deep healing.

 

Drumming induces deep relaxation, lowers blood pressure, produces feelings of well-being, a release of emotional trauma and reduces stress.

 

Polarity Balancing can help to remove blocks and restore energy flow which allows for relief of physical, mental, emotional or physical symptoms.

The energetic healing can bring feelings of deep peace and relaxation, pain or stress relief to having deep, powerful insights, inspiration and inner knowing.

Each person can have a different experience with each of the healing modalities.
