Experience the power of shamanic breathwork with Debbie; Certified Essence of Being Breathworker. Trained intensively by Burge Smith-Lyons.

Debbie creates intimate gatherings that welcome participants of all experience levels. She is dedicated to maintaining a pristine energetic space, ensuring each person feels completely safe, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.
Debbie’s sessions include time for gentle integration and processing afterward, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of your experience. During the breathwork, she may intuitively offer LightWeaving—a subtle, supportive energy technique which you can silently decline if you prefer. It
is always your choice. Know that you are deeply supported and always in control of your journey.

Please bring a journal, pen, mat/blanket for your comfort and wear comfortable clothing.

Contraindications for breathwork:

Cardiovascular disease: including angina, previous heart attacks or strokes and those with history of brain or abdominal aneurysms – breathwork has potential for increased blood pressure and heart rate.
Psychiatric disorders such as bipolar, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, etc.
Glaucoma/detached retina due to intraocular pressure
If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler.
