Introducing the doshas, each student will walk away with an understanding of THEIR specific body type. This makes it easy to choose optimal nutrition to support your ideal weight and the big surprise: to understand your cravings and how to satisfy them with healthy choices. This is a very fun class, interacting with the instructor and one another to discern our body types. You will be surprised how much you already know!

The Drama of Ama
Explore your body’s natural intelligence and how it handles toxic body wastes that can interfere with how we process our food. We will discuss easy routines to support an effortless “letting go” of excess waste, toxins and body fat. We will discuss an effortless detox and learn how to support clean digestion to allow our bodies to avoid building up waste in the future!

Conscious Eating and Ojas
We will explore the Ayurvedic concept of Ojas, our body’s store of life giving energy. We will practice and explore easy food preparation tips that maximize the life force energy in food, along with suggestions for a daily living routine based on the body’s natural intelligence.

Whole Living and High Energy!
Moving beyond food, this class will explore what gives us energy and how to counteract the daily depletion of energy that occurs with our busy lifestyles. Tips for Meditation and Blissful Sleep will be included.
