Join us for a deeply relaxing 75minute vibrational journey designed to calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your natural voice.

• Guided Breathwork to settle the body
• Gentle Vocal Toning & Voice Activation (25–30 min)
• Immersive Sound Experience (40–45 min)

No singing experience is necessary.

This is about vibration, relaxation, and allowing sound to move through you.

Please Bring:

Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort while resting on the floor, arrive 15 minutes early to settle into your space - first come first serve for the meditation chairs.
