Come bathe in healing sound as you move and open your body. Surrender and release into classic Yin poses. Moving, holding and connecting the body with breath and sound will bring you deeper into yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Expect to enjoy this rejuvenating practice for 45 minutes with Adria. Let Stephanie from Singing Waters lead you for the remainder of the experience onto a journey filled with sounds and healing frequencies created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including gong, crystal bowls, chimes, tanpura and shruti box.
